Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Gully Bag reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the item ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be retained.
• Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or wear.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Requests submitted after the applicable return period.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
Upon successful verification and approval, Gully Bag may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending upon the nature of the claim.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days; however, the actual credit timeline may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateway providers.
Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and other associated charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Gully Bag or a verified manufacturing defect.
Export & International Orders
Gully Bag serves customers and business partners across domestic and international markets. International and export orders are subject to applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, import duties, taxes, and local laws of the destination country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, export and international orders are considered final and non-returnable. Any claims relating to international transactions shall be governed by the applicable export agreement, purchase order, distributor agreement, or commercial contract.
